About me

A sigma female, omnivert, misfit and lone wolf, I keep my circle small. Being a creative deep thinker with a Neuro Diverse brain, authenticity, integrity and transparency are the driving forces in everything I do. Not afraid to walk alone, I fiercely stand up for my beliefs and values.

I love my home, which is not only my working space, but a creative, eclectic, zen like retreat for me and my daughter, and when I’m not working you’ll often find me gardening, painting, writing or engaging in my next ambitious DIY project. Our pets Mimi the cat and Dandelion Leaf the house rabbit are our furry companions, and as animal lovers we encourage and appreciate the wildlife in our pond and garden. When I’m feeling sociable if I’m not entertaining at home you’ll find me at a day dance party/rave/festival dancing, hands in the air, smiling and loving life.

As a cycle breaking parent, I’m commited to practicing conscious parenting. In the spring and summer my daughter and I venture out in our motorhome for weekends away and once festival season is upon us we travel up and down the country to some of the best wellbeing and conscious festivals.

My Journey

A private school convent education in the 1970’s with authoritarian parents fuelled my rebellious side. After years of hedonistic, exhibitionist behaviours, failing at university, a series of low paid jobs, undiagnosed ADHD, unresolved trauma, mental health problems and destructive relationships, I left my 9-5 job as a travel agent, and aged 25 set up a business working as an independent high-class escort. I travelled to meet clients all over the world, including spending time with CEO’s, businessmen, sportsmen, television personalities, actors and musicians, discretion and confidentiality being paramount.

It was during this time I realised I realised I had unofficially started my journey as a coach and therapist. Clients often told me they felt comfortable with me and were compelled to share their deepest most vulnerable secrets and personal struggles. I realised I had an ability to listen without judgment, and my genuine interest in their wellbeing, empathy and care helped people feel validated, heard and supported.

A decade later I had written a book (not a kiss and tell!) which was published by John Blake Publishing, built a property portfolio and was seeking a career change and less ‘hands on’ approach to relationships and wellbeing. I was also curious as to what was ‘wrong’ with me and why I hadn’t ended up with a college Degree and in a ‘normal’ job like the rest of my siblings.

By chance a friend told me about a NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) coaching course and I was fascinated by the concept that there were tools out there that I could harness to deal with some of the issues I had been struggling with for decades; severe sleep and driving anxiety, sleep paralysis, childhood trauma, body dysmorphia, co-dependent abusive relationships, promiscuity, panic attacks, fear of public speaking, excessive recreational drug use and comfort/binge eating, to name but a few.

‘Fixing’ my problems, and the freedom this gave me, became the motivation for me wanting to help others. Each hurdle I overcame, I became more empowered and passionate about helping others.

If this resonates and you need support on your personal journey, let’s talk.
