Welcome to my space for practical, achievable, reassuring, non-pretentious sex, relationship and mental health advice, therapy and coaching for optimised health and well-being.
Our overall mental and physical well-being is defined, first and foremost, by the quality of our relationship with self, which in turn sets the foundations for the quality of our relationships with others.
If you’re struggling with your health, dating, intimacy, relationships, emotional regulation or are experiencing high levels of stress, overwhelm and anxiety, or perhaps a sense of feeling frustrated and stuck in your life, then I can help you to not only ‘connect the dots’ but support and guide you on your personal healing journey.
Facilitating a nourishing intimate relationship with self, leads organically towards enhancing intimate relationships with others, my goal is to ensure everyone feels emotionally fulfilled and empowered in a way that is personal to them.
